This week, join the leaders of ICOMOS, UNESCO, and The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) for the International Co-Sponsored Meeting on Culture, Heritage, and Climate Change.
This event will feature a series of discussions over the span of a week that will discuss the interplay of culture, nature, heritage, and climate science. Participants including policymakers, practitioners, scientists, and individuals from various different disciplines will develop and review the state of knowledge regarding connections of culture, heritage, and climate change as well as the inclusion of diverse knowledge systems in climate solutions.
