The International Co-Sponsored Meeting on Culture, Heritage and Climate Change is a joint initiative between The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), UNESCO, and ICOMOS.
This year The International Co-Sponsored Meeting on Culture, Heritage and Climate Change (ICSM CHC) will specifically address the better incorporation of culture and heritage into climate science and research. Over a series of meetings and days, several policymakers, practitioners, scientists, and individuals from various different disciplines will develop and review the state of knowledge regarding connections of culture, heritage, and climate change.
The ICSM CHC meeting will be held during the week of 6 December and will include a public launch event and three public panel discussions
