Héritage Montréal Event for International Day for Monuments and Sites

It was in 1982 that ICOMOS established April 18th as the International Day for Monuments and Sites, followed by UNESCO which adopted it at its 22nd session of the General Conference. Each year, on this occasion, ICOMOS proposes a theme for the activities that will be organized by its members, its National Committees and International Scientific Committees, its partners, and all those wishing to join in the celebration of this day.

This year ICOMOS Canada is participating in celebrations organised by Heritage Montreal. One of our Vice-Presidents, Mathieu Dormaels, will join Pierre-Marie Tricaud and Claudine Deom in a discussion moderated by Dinu Bumbaru on the theme of Heritage Changes.
